Chalk ‘N Doodle by Little Jet Set
I’ve been a fan of Little Jet Set ever since I discovered them back last fall. Little Jet Set is a mom-run company providing families with the toys and gear they need to make traveling a breeze. They recently sent me their Chalk ‘N Doodle for review, and it was a hit with our little girls.

This really is a brilliant invention! It’s just perfect for bringing along to a restaurant or to a sports game or really anywhere that there is waiting involved. I like the size and portability of it. I also have the Art and Activity Backpack and it’s great for trips and car rides, but it’s bigger and a bit more cumbersome than the Chalk ‘N Doodle.
I love everything about it except I wish the string attaching the eraser was about six inches longer. Or even three would help. It doesn’t quite reach to erase the whole board. At first glance I thought the chalk was going to break when it was crammed into the little chalk holders on the flaps, but it actually fits in quite nicely. My 6-year-old daughter has had no problems with breakage, that is except for when it rolls off the table and onto the floor. Ahem.
It came with a little doodle pad that is just the right size to fit under the elastic bands. My daughters love this so much that I have to set a timer and make them take turns.

Boo would love that! She has a travel tray, but always wants her chalk board. I never let her have it in the car…but this I could handle.
