I have a confession. I am in LOVE with my iPod. I use it every single day. Love it, love it, love it.
But this has led to a problem: all of my music is now digital. All of my cds are in a box in my closet somewhere. My kids have a little cd player in their room, but I only have 2 or 3 cds for them to listen to – everything else is residing in my iPod. So when they want to listen to music while playing or falling asleep, or we want to listen to music anywhere else in the house, I’m stuck.

Here’s what I say:
It’s a great size, a 5 ½ inch square and very cute. My first impression was “Not for my living room, but fun for the kids’ room!”
I loved that it has inserts to securely hold each different model of iPod. (Important when leaving my iPod unsupervised in my kids’ room!) I turned it on and it immediately started changing colors, which the kids thought was awesome. Then we turned on the music.
Ohmygoodness. The sound was incredible: clear as can be and filled the whole room. I know nothing about speakers. But I could hear the difference. This sounds so much better than the iPod player I have in my living room. I want to switch and give the kids this one, but since my old one does not change colors they probably won’t go for it!
Bottom line:
According to my six-year-old, “The most coolest music player in the whole wide world EVER!!”
According to me, if you are on the market for an iPod player, this one is a fantastic buy. Affordable, small and sleek, but with big sound. Don’t be put off by the color changing, thinking it’s not what you would want in your formal living room – it can be turned off. And when you want to your kids to think you’re super cool, flip on the colors!

PERFECT!! My 12yo is wanting speakers for her ipod touch for her birthday – she would LOVE this!! the changing colors is such a cool fun added feature she will flip over!!
